Our future projects and plan for the welfare of Divyang girls are to Concentrate on Quality education: upgrade School results to 100%; arrange for vocational Employment potential trainings such as; Electricals, Electronics, Nursing, Mid-Wife Course, Beauty Parlor, Agro Service Centers, Health Care, Hygiene and Environment Protection in Rural Area and Similar other training.

OUR CONSTRAINTS in making these dream come true, are non-availability of super dedicated, visionary; well trained excellent teachers, volunteers; administrator and a doctor as also a paucity of funds and unavailability of proper hygienic housing facility to attract the families of dedicated teachers Administrator etc. to stay in the rural area.

To overcome the constraints we plan to recruit such talented staff by offering lucrative emoluments and perks which will attract them and their families to provide their services to Manthan and these Divyang girls as also stay in Rural area.

The global corporate business houses and the donors (Business Houses, Singly or as Consortium) can help us in achieving our proposed target of doubling our existing level of donations by donating a sum of Rs. 1.00 to 1.25 cores (us $ 2,00,000) in a lump sum or by depositing a suitable amount in F.D.R. jointly with Manthan for 10 years which may yield an interest of Rs. 1.00 to 1.25 cores (US $ 2,00,000) which will enable the donor to review the progress every year and suggest improvements; to have its representative on the Governing board.

Manthan in support will arrange to have Pilot survey-pre project evaluation; Concurrent evaluation every 3 to 4 years and end of the project survey to assess the results. Manthan also ensures that every penny received is accounted for and used only and only for the education and welfare of Divyang girls.

We, in the end, request all the members present to substantially support and be partners in the welfare of the DIVYANG girls of Rural India.

We also extend our heartfelt invitation to all present; even not being a donor; to visit Manthan bless the girls and organization and witness the metamorphosis that is taking place in the lives of these Divyang Girls.
