Manthan is the brain child of Menaba Charitable Trust which is a registered Trust under Gujarat State Trust Registration Act. The registration number is E / 8987 / AHMEDABAD / 29 JUNE, 1992.
All the activities of Manthan are carried out under the able guidance of the trustees named here below

The day to day affairs of Manthan are conducted under direct supervision of the Managing Trustee Ms. Nirben Raval and Hon. Secretary Shri Girishbhai Patel
A few voluntary and dedicated retired workers provide voluntary help to the managing committee in the discharging of their duties
A very well disciplined and devoted staff of about 50 persons attends to the achievements of the goals of Manthan and the welfare of these girls as also help run Manthan smoothly.
